The key to delivering a successful landscape project is knowing & understanding the project inside and out before a spade is put in the ground.
With landscaping generally taking place in the later phases of construction it requires special coordination and integration with the construction program manager in order to ensure that there is no conflict with site movement or access.
Working around finishing trades as everyone is working under pressure to meet delivery deadlines the pace can be hectic on site. Spending valuable time planning and scheduling materials, resources and equipment can avoid issues on site creating a smooth workflow and project delivery.
Having worked with and continuing to work with international Landscape Architects, designers and construction firms the skillset we exhibit in project planning is recognised & valued.
